Abstract

An obstacle that is often found in making financial reports manually is errors in writing down financial report data. Apart from that, the user (admin) has to calculate manually to add up the financial reports, so that sometimes errors appear in adding up the financial reports. Another obstacle is that the user (admin) requires a longer time to input financial reports manually. With the existence of a financial reporting information system with using myql and the K-NN algorithm can help users make decisions in making financial reports. By designing this financial information system, pharmacy owners can easily determine whether the pharmacy is making a profit or loss in financial reports. Users (admins) can also create reports from each data, such as daily, monthly and annual income data reports, as well as daily, monthly and annual expenses, reports on types of goods and other.
