Author Guidelines

  1. The manuscript written for the Altafani Journal of Community Service includes the results of community service activities and applied research. The manuscript is written in English.
  2. Altafani Journal of Community Service does not accept manuscripts via email. Manuscripts must be submitted via the web system.
  3. For those who have never registered, please register first
  4. The manuscript submitted is in the form of a *.doc or *.docx file
  5. The length of the manuscript is expected not to exceed 30 pages.
  6. Writing manuscripts must follow the rules provided in the Altafani Journal template for the Community. Writing a manuscript is recommended with the following structure sections: Introduction - Literature Review (Optional) - Implementation Method - Results and Discussion - Conclusion. Obvious theorems do not need to be written down, just cited when necessary. Evidence or theories whose truth is not yet clear, where the author clarifies them by developing them, can be added after the Introduction.
  7. Citations and bibliography of articles of more than 10 and preferably from the last 5 years and come from reputable journals. The bibliography of the journal contains at least 80% of what is written.
  8. When submitting a manuscript, you are also required to send a statement of publication ethics. More detailed publication ethics can be read at this link. The publication's ethics statement is expected to be read, adhered to and signed before submission.
  9. Every manuscript in the Altafani Journal of Community Service will be reviewed by reviewers using the Double Blind Peer Review system. All review processes are carried out online via the web system and the progress of the manuscript can be monitored by the author via the web system.
  10. The time for each manuscript from being sent until it is declared accepted by the editor will not be the same depending on the review process of each manuscript. The editor cannot guarantee the exact publication time when a new manuscript is sent by the author.
  11. Everything related to permission to quote or use computer software to create manuscripts or other matters related to IPR carried out by the writer of the manuscript, along with the legal consequences that may arise because of this, is the full responsibility of the writer of the manuscript.
